A proposal to allow non-veterinarians to perform livestock pregnancy checks failed in committee, highlighting a growing debate over producer access, veterinary capacity and the scope of reproductive services.

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin proposes rescinding the 2009 Greenhouse Gas Endangerment Finding.
