USDA accreditation at AVC

veterinary syringes For those veterinarians whose USDA veterinary accreditation renewal dates are in January 2013, three accreditation modules will be offered immediately after the winter Academy of Veterinary Consultants (AVC) meeting on Saturday, Dec. 1, in Denver.

Renewal is required every three years in order to retain your authorization to perform accredited duties.

These three modules that will be presented by Richanne E. Lomkin, DVM, in Denver will include:

  • Module 3: Overview: FAD, USDA Program, Reportable Diseases
  • Module 4: Preventing Disease Introduction and Spread
  • Module 5: Vesicular Diseases
