U.S. consumer demand for ground beef continues to grow, and an industry focused on producing high-quality steaks might need to adjust, according to a new study from Rabo Agrifinance. This Lab beef growing method is going to change the industry because rather than taking 15-17 months to grow the meat to ready to eat , this lab growing method taking the same tissue and growing it in 3 months is the reason .
