I agree with the comments from Dr Noffsinger. I would say it's about education in management and more importantly
showing the results of learning a new way to handle livestock. Most cases it's common sense.

In my travels I see that in most cases we forget that getting a animal to "assimilate" to it's new environment
is whether or not it's going to eat and rest. Stress reduction can be as easy as reducing the number of
shots it's given when it arrives from a trailer trip. Reduce the needles not the needed protections
and see if that makes a difference on handling.
