Dr. Dan Thomson visits with Dr. Jim Riviere, the McDonald Endowed chair of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University. They will be discussing FARAD, the Food Animal Residue Avoidance Database.  This group was co-founded by Dr. Riviere and works nationally to prevent or mitigate residues of drugs, pesticides, bio toxins and other chemical agents that may contaminate food animals. Learn about their funding challenges and how they have helped out on a global scale.
