We would like to share your tips on maintaining personal and professional well-being. Veterinarians and veterinary students sometimes face high levels of stress and emotional challenges that can lead to burnout and depression. We’re running a series of articles on this topic, and are interested in your stories and how they might help your peers. If you have experienced periods of work-related burnout, severe anxiety or depression, and found ways to address those challenges, we would like to present your experiences, and the tools you used to address them, in support of others facing similar challenges. All responses and any examples you provide will be treated with total anonymity.
